Low Voltage
Low Voltage Wayleave Payments

If you have low voltage equipment on or over your house or garden and have not obtained a lump sum payment from the electricity network, it is highly likely that you are entitled to one. If you are currently receiving an annual payment, we should be able to obtain a higher settlement

High Voltage
High Voltage Wayleave & Easements

Where your property is affected by high voltage equipment you may be entitled to thousands of pounds in compensation. Network Operators pay compensation based upon the impact that the equipment may have on the value of your property. We have considerable experience in negotiating these agreements on behalf of property owners and help you maximise the amount you receive

Underground Cables
UNDERGROUND ELECTRICITY LINES

The majority of homeowners are unaware that their property is affected by underground electricity lines, however, if you have received a letter from us or another firm informing you that your property is affected, then there is a very high chance that you are entitled to a payment.

If you are unsure, you can use our Free Eligibility Check

Extension
Line Removals & Diversion

On occasion, existing electrical equipment can interrupt the enjoyment of your land, perhaps preventing its use or development. Quotations from network operators to move the equipment are often very expensive and can make the development unviable. Our sister company, Land Utilities Advisory Group, can work with you to reduce the cost of the works to reposition the equipment and, on occasion, have the equipment removed from your property altogether.
